Perkd is a digital platform designed to provide merchants with membership program and voucher management services. By using our service, you agree to comply with these terms.
We provide digital membership cards, voucher distribution, customer data analytics, and other services. Service details may be updated from time to time, and we reserve the right to modify the content of our services.
You must ensure that you provide accurate information, protect the security of your account, and comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362). The use of our service for any illegal or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
We value your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate your subscription after completing a minimum 3-month commitment period or after complete redemption of points (whichever comes first). Upon termination request, the service will cease at the end of your third month or 7 days after the request (whichever is later). Only unused points will be refunded upon termination. Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request to suspend your service after completing a minimum 3-month commitment period or after complete redemption of points (whichever comes first). Upon suspension request, the service will be suspended at the end of your third month or 7 days after the request (whichever is later). If you choose to reactivate a suspended service, you agree to continue using the service at your original registration price, regardless of any price changes that may have occurred during the suspension period.
To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the service is provided 'as is', and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the applicability or reliability of the service. These terms do not exclude or limit the application of the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), or any other mandatory provisions under Hong Kong law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
